Eligibility Requirements:
Only attendants to this congress that have been registered may participate with one poem (in English, Chinese or Spanish).
Rules of Entry:
Free theme, length free.
The poem must be sent in a signed Word document with the pseudonym. PDF files NOT be accepted.
In another attached Word document, the submission should include Title of the poem, pseudonym, author's name, nationality, address, phone number, and email.
The organizers will give your poem a number and with it will be sent to the assigned jury according to the language (English, Chinese, Spanish).
